4th Year Abertay University project: Accessability research for FPS titles
A downloadable game
This project was focused on researching methods for how FPS titles could be made more accessible with users with motor disabilities.
This was done by building on top of the basic UE4 FPS character template and adding in different assistive mechanics such as auto aiming, controller remapping, and toggle and hold features to try and make an exciting and accessible character controller whilst navigating a series of levels with challenges meant to represent typical scenarios encountered in FPS titles such as fast moving firing ranges, tight corridors and open spaces.
This project was tested using a number of different X-input compatible peripherals such as the Xbox One, and Xbox 360 controllers but is also compatible with Alternative controllers with similar internals such as certain arcade sticks or accessibility controls.
This project was accomplished with a combination of blueprint coding and borrowed animation and model assets with the authors of the borrowed assets being listed bellow:

Install instructions
The project has been packaged for windows devices and has been tested on windows 10 so caution is advised if attempting to run on non windows 10 devices.
This project contains a list of basic controls in a read me.txt file included with the ue4 build in the zip file. Levels are navigated between in the menu using either mouse or controller.
